Bio - Samurai Dreamer
“I pursue my dream and believe my passion toward my dream
drives me to handle any challenge. With a Samurai’s mind set of
loyalty and frugality, I have the strength to dedicate myself
to my goal and sacrifice things toward that goal.”
I discovered bass fishing at the age of 11 with my friends,
and I fell in love with it. When I was in high school,
I accidentally won a high school championship with no practice
and became absorbed in competitive fishing.
Around that time, I saw a TV show that talked about
bass tournaments in America. It was nothing like I had ever seen
and made me dream about becoming a professional bass fisherman
in America.
After graduating from high school in Japan, I moved to the
United States to chase my dream. Arkansas was a place to be
for developing my fishing skill while going to college.
I started out as a non boater who would go ask whoever I saw
at boat ramps to tag along and made lots of fishing buddies.
With the help of my family and friends, I got my first bass boat,
a 96 Ranger 461VS and started fishing tournaments
as a boater in 2006.
In 2009, with my desire to learn about Florida bass fishing
for future tournaments, I moved to Miami where I currently work
in an international seafood company.
My dream has always been the same, and I am making every effort
I can think of to catch my lifetime dream.
